When you create an account or place an order, we may collect:

2.2 Information from Third-Party Authentication
If you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
2.3 Data You Upload
If you use our "Skiptrace My List" feature, you upload CSV files containing property owner information (names, mailing addresses, etc.). This data is processed solely for the purpose of providing skip trace services and is handled in accordance with Section 5 of this policy.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geolocation
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring URL and pages visited
- Time and date of access
- Device identifiers
2.5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

- Provide skip trace and data enrichment services
- Enforce our 12-month duplicate protection guarantee

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
4.1 Service Providers
- Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: Authentication and database services. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: Website hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Skip Trace Providers: Third-party data enrichment services that process uploaded lists to return phone numbers, emails, and relative data. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform the skip trace.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
4.3 Business Transfers
If Street Data Pro LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
5. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Order Data: Retained for a minimum of 12 months to enforce duplicate protection, and up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Uploaded CSV Files: Processed for skip tracing and retained for up to 90 days to allow for redelivery, then permanently deleted.
- Skip Trace Results: Associated with your order and retained according to the order data policy above.
- Analytics Data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted database storage via Supabase (AES-256)
- Row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
- Secure payment processing through PCI-DSS compliant Stripe infrastructure
- Regular security audits and access controls
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

- All property data is sourced from lawful, publicly available records
- Skip trace data is obtained from licensed data providers who comply with applicable regulations
- We require all customers to comply with applicable laws (including TCPA) when using data obtained through our Service
